Job Summary:

  • Industry: Government Hospital Setting
  • Location: Novena
  • Working Hours: 5 days a week, including weekends, 8 to 9 hours a day with staggered shifts between 5am to 7pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef in ensuring the efficient operation of the kitchen that prepares meals for patients on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for ingredient preparation, meal plating, and maintaining meal quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Food & Hygiene Certificate.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to work varying hours between 5am to 7pm.
