Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Analyst will play a crucial role in investment management, fund origination, and credit risk management to support the expansion of the asset portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
As an Analyst, you will support a variety of investment management activities, including assisting with the internal approval processes for aviation leasing deals, preparing investment documentation, and collaborating on investment committee memorandums. Your role in treasury management will involve bank loan management, monitoring cash flow, and supporting internal reporting and liquidity planning. You will also engage in portfolio management by analysing investment outcomes and assisting with financial performance monitoring. Investor relations will be part of your duties, preparing board meeting materials and management reports. Additionally, you will support debt fund-raising efforts by preparing financial models and assisting in the execution of financing transactions. Your role will extend to equity capital market activities, aiding in the development and management of investor relationships, and supporting capital raising efforts. Lastly, you will be involved in credit risk management, performing ongoing credit monitoring of airline lessees and preparing the Credit Risk Dashboard for senior management.
Skills and experience required
Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Accountancy, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications.Relevant experience of financial experience, preferably in project finance, corporate finance, leveraged finance, or audit.Experience in structured finance or investment management and familiarity with loan/ISDA documentation is highly desirableStrong quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills.Effective communication and presentation skills.Strong team player with the ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.To apply online please use the 'apply' function, alternatively you may contact Dylan Lim at
