About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team at Manitowoc Crane Group Asia Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our financial systems, including HFM, Oracle consolidation software, and EPM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Systems Administration
    • Perform administrative tasks in HFM, including data management, mapping, and loading.
    • Assist with resolving mapping issues in FDM.
    • Load foreign exchange rates for HFM, SAP, and Lease Query.
    • Lock, unlock, consolidate, and perform data management tasks.
  • Consolidations and Compliance
    • Responsible for monthly intercompany balancing.
    • Responsible for accumulating and loading order backlog.
    • Responsible for reviewing loaded statistical data.
    • Assist with month-end topside journal entries.
    • Assist business units with month-end close.
  • EPM Project Management
    • Manage data validation, report building, and end-user support/training.
    • Develop and maintain navigation flows, security/permissions, and business rules.
    • Integrate data for mapping, process flows, and rules/logic for data loads.
    • Design and set up cubes, including ASO, BSO, and Hybrid.
  • System Administration and Support
    • Provide training and refreshers as needed.
    • Support the HFM/EPM user group.
    • Assist with Finance Transformation, including process improvement and system leverage.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
  • Three to five years of experience with HFM/Oracle consolidation software, consolidations, and related compliance tasks.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn more as needed.
  • Strong teambuilding and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage responsibilities without significant direct supervision.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively using technology.
  • Team and customer-focused approach to work.
  • Adaptable and able to navigate a decentralized and complex global organization.
  • Emotional intelligence and mature, considerate of circumstance, culture, and audience.
  • Maintains the highest standards of ethics and professional integrity.
  • Willing to handle new areas of responsibility.
  • Available to travel (15-20%).
