ExxonMobil is one of Singapores largest foreign manufacturing investors with over S$25 billion in fixed asset investments.
We have manufacturing facilities that include an integrated world-scale refining and petrochemical complex in Jurong and Jurong Island, a network of service stations under the Esso brand, operate a lubricant plant, and are a supplier of cylinder cooking gas.
ExxonMobil provides customers and commercial markets in the region with ground transportation, industrial, aviation, and marine fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals, and liquefied natural gas (LNG).
As Singapore serves as the AP hub for some of our businesses, we employ about 3,500 people across positions in operations, projects, commercial, corporate support functions, and others.

What you will do
Through our internship program, you will gain first-hand experience with an industry leader in the refining and petrochemical industry, where your work, and that of the teams, contributes to the growth and future of our business, as we provide energy, sustainable products, and solutions for society.
You will have the opportunity to explore your career aspirations while delivering tangible benefits throughout our business from invaluable on-the-job experience.
As part of the assessed internship, youll have a formal final review on project delivery and performance by your supervisor.
Youll also be asked to prepare a final presentation or report out about your project.Your internship scope would include:
Data Management and Analysis Using a data-centered approach to collate internal and external data to drive observations and insights which may inform sales/marketing/supply/pricing team to further advance business in AP trib
Sales Support Assist the sales team in Singapore on projects, activities, internal or external events.
Others Depending on business need, contribute to marketing, sales, or strategy projects or initiatives
An internship with us can also be seen as a way to kickstart your career, as your performance will be assessed, and outstanding candidates may be given a full-time job offer.
About you
Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for our Internship Program, you should be:
Preferably in your penultimate year of study
A degree in any Engineering course, Computational Science, Data Analytics, Statistics/Mathematics major, Business/Accountancy
Strong quantitative and analytical skills to interpret market data
Excellent attention to detail for accurate analysis
Good problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and other trading functions
Experience and competent in working with spreadsheets, data analysis using Excel, Power BI, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
