The Position

We are in search of an intern to join the Client Solutions & Consulting team to support the development and success of our company's specialized mental wellbeing and Learning Development (L&D) / Organizational development (OD) programs and solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Client Solutions & Consulting team to craft and deliver customized programs, frameworks, and training curriculums that positively impact the wellbeing of the organizations and institutions we collaborate with.

You will directly report to the Client Solutions and Consulting Lead. We are seeking an all-rounder who is a self-starter, proactive, enthusiastic about learning, well-organized with keen attention to detail, proficient in written and verbal English, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop learning decks to assist the curriculum development team
  • Assist in testing short-form learning curriculum content with focus groups before launch
  • Oversee the delivery of B2B product offerings - manage logistics for webinars, workshops, panel discussions, and utilize tools like Acuity calendar application and Zoom webinar for session quality
  • Support in managing Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) bookings and certifications for clients - including post-session certifications, badge allocation, and tracking budget utilization
  • Collaborate with the Client Success team to enhance client learning experiences through data analysis and feedback incorporation
  • Assist the B2B Marketing and Brand team in product representation and storytelling
  • Manage budget allocation for content development, localization, and engaging external experts, ensuring timely payment in coordination with Finance

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Suites, particularly Google Slides and Sheets, is preferred
  • Familiarity with Zoom host functions and scheduling tools is a plus
