Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads for event sales.
  • Conduct sales presentations and pitch event services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored event solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and results.
  • Work closely with the events and ops team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year' experience in Hospitality, F&B or Events / Wedding coordination industry
  • Target driven with a proven sales ability
  • Possess strong interpersonal skill, result-oriented, ability to multi-task with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Works well under pressure especially with time constraints and dealing with unplanned circumstances during events
  • Able to multi-task and thrive within a fast-paced and highly challenging environment
  • Strong team player and a problem solver
  • Proficient in English, written and communication
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends and PH
