Member Service Executive

The Ice Bath Recovery Studio presents a novel concept designed to aid individuals with muscle recovery, mental well-being, and overall health. Our facilities include ice baths, hot saunas, and hot baths situated in a hygienic and communal setting.

The Member Service Executive plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio. Responsibilities include addressing customer queries, fulfilling customer needs, and maintaining a clean and secure setting for all patrons. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and exemplary customer service manners. As part of the operations team, you will contribute to the vibrant social atmosphere of our establishment.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing capacity (e.g., retail, fitness, or health sectors)
  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities
  • Outstanding customer service proficiencies
  • Knowledge of health and well-being practices
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Availability for shift work covering weekends and mornings/evenings

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $3,000 monthly salary and above
  • 13th-month bonus upon meeting performance criteria
  • 7 days of Annual Leave plus 7 days of Bonus Annual Leave
  • Prospect to join a dynamic team and progress with the company during its extensive growth phase
