6+ years crafting and delivering world-class products in a product management role. Experience of leading multiple large-scale and complex projects driving high-impact business outcome. Gracefully navigates complex and ambiguous business situations while skilfully managing stakeholders and leading a cross-functional team. Deep understanding and expertise in data, analytics, data visualization and data products. Strong analytical skills to use data and metrics (A/B testing, experimentation, user testing, data analysis) to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps Ability to stringently prioritize requirements across conflicting priorities to maximize outcome. Confident, structured and an incredibly passionate individual who can take ownership of tasks and work independently to ensure quality output and timely completion Good track record with engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners: people love to work with you A hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, embracing the excitement of working with a young and rapidly growing company Overall knowledge of the real estate market a plus.
