$3,450 / Month- 5 Days week (within Monday to Sunday)- Working hours : 8.5 hours of worked (within 8 am to 10 pm)* Duration : Contract (1 year)

Responsibilities;
• Assist the Program Head to build and maintain digital support for hawkers and heartland merchants and maintain relationships with partners to sense, match, activate and monitor the digitalization landscape of the local community
• Ensure service standards in engagements with seniors, hawkers and merchants is maintain.
• Ensure timely execution and completion of the monthly senior call-back for GRC and conduct survey interviews
• Support in liaising with the partners in setting up of roving counters, learning journeys, events and pop-up counters and assist client's publicity materials for activities
• Ensure engagements are captured, keyed into the CRM system and activities for compilation.
• Generate monthly reports to update Operations Manager on engagement numbers and Digital Ambassador performance
• Support Program Head in stakeholder management for partnerships and follow-ups, facilitating and coordinating collaborations, volunteer management and conduct training sessions.

Requirements;
• 1-3 years relevant work experience in leadership or business development role.
• Meticulous individual with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Able to sense-make to anticipate/escalate issues and identify opportunities
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
