WorkingDays: Monday - Friday

WorkingHours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm

Location:City Hall

ContractPeriod: 6 +6 months contract, possibility of conversion to perm based onperformance and business needs

JobResponsibilities:

Supportend-to-end recruitment and internship functions, which includes liaising withstakeholders, posting of job advertisement, scheduling of interviews andon-boarding

Managelogistics arrangement for recruitment and outreach events

CreateEDMs for internal staff communication

Provideadministrative support in reconciliation of physical files, updating ofdatabases and maintenance of records

Assistin ad hoc assignments

JobRequirements:

Functional/Technical Competencies

  • Tertiary Education in Human Resource, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Prior HR experience in the public sector and familiarity with recruitment and/or employer branding will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
