Position Overview: We are seeking a professional and courteous Part-Time Guest Relations Executive to provide high-quality service to our hotel guests. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that guest experiences exceed expectations from arrival through departure. The successful candidate will be responsible for guest registration, room upgrades, and managing financial transactions, among other duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Reception: Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner. Handle the check-in process efficiently, issue room keys, and provide an overview of hotel amenities and room locations.
  • Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, anticipate needs, and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. Communicate significant guest requests or issues to management for further monitoring and follow-up.
  • Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and up-sell hotel rooms and services to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue.
  • Financial Management: Accurately tally daily cash floats and manage financial transactions related to guest services.
  • General Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager, which may include assisting with event preparations or handling specific guest needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Local Diploma, A Levels, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese to cater to a diverse guest base.
  • Ability to work on a shift basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
