Position: Assistant Front Desk Manager (Duty Manager)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all Front Desk operations following Hilton brand standards
  • Manage the Transportation team, Concierge, and telephone service centre

What will I be doing?

  • Complete guest registration processes accurately
  • Assign rooms based on guest needs and confirm details
  • Promote Hilton marketing programs and benefits to guests
  • Assist guests during check-out and handle payments efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address guest requests promptly
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and maintain standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction and achieve goals
  • Ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention and amenities
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs effectively
