We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our establishment and maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Develop and create innovative and delicious menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are following proper food preparation and safety procedures
  • Manage food inventory and control costs by implementing efficient ordering and storage practices
  • Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and new techniques to continuously improve the menu offerings and dining experience

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sous chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
  • Proven track record of creating innovative menus and successfully managing culinary operations
  • Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution is preferred, but not required
