Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or similar software for creating visual representations of processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex processes into manageable components.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in process documentation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies related to process mapping.

Prior experience or coursework in process improvement, business analysis, or project management is a plus.

Availability to work part-time or full-time hours on temporary or contract basis, depending on internship or student status.
