YOUR ROLE

This role ensures invoices are executed in an effective and efficient manner across several freight service requirements and incoterms while maintaining a high level of quality and meeting performance and cost targets.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Process air freight billings
  • Check export HAWB execution against sales quotation
  • Raise invoices & accrue costing (Origin / Gateway / Destination)
  • Check airline cost & compute profit share
  • Prepare profit reconciliation
  • To reverse accrual to respective creditors A/C

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Able to commit to 6 months contract, subject to extension
  • Practical knowledge and experience in freight forwarding & logistics, customs brokerage and warehousing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel to performing reporting tasks
  • Basic financial knowledge such as revenue, cost and profit analysis

OTHER INFORMATION

  • CEVA Logistics, 80 Alps Avenue (shuttle bus from / to Tampines, Sengkang & Punggol MRT)
  • Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
