Role Description:
You can make a great impact as the Commercial Leader for Healthcare and Cyrel businesses, responsible for the Asia Pacific region.
The successful candidate will be hands-on in leading a diverse sales team across the region to drive business growth through commercial excellence, personal leadership, and influence/negotiation.
Key business metrics include revenue, contribution, and cash (e.g. past dues).This role will have direct PO responsibilities, will lead >40 employees, and will formulate sales plans and account strategies to foster business opportunities.
This leader will also be a key member of the respective Healthcare and Cyrel global leadership teams.Business Overview:
Healthcare and Cyrel Flexographic Solutions are two important businesses in Industrial Solutions, part of Electronics & Industrial (E&I) in DuPont.
The dynamic Asia Pacific region represents a growth opportunity for both businesses as market trends drive high growth in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries and there is increased use of food and beverage packaging.
LiveoTM Healthcare has been a leader in silicone technology for over 50 years with a focus on medical applications, biopharmaceutical production, and pharmaceutical drug delivery.
We are known throughout these industries for our material innovation, our commitment to quality, and our knowledge of the regulatory landscape.
With the recent acquisition of Spectrum Plastics Group, Dupont is continuing to expand into these markets through specialized capabilities focused on fast growing markets and regions.
Cyrel Flexographic Solutions is a leading flexographic plate manufacturer in the market.With global presence and a broad team in R&D, technical support, sales and other functions, we are committed to deliver best in class solutions and operations to serve our customers and continue to advance the packaging printing industry.
Over the past years, we've worked to provide the best-balanced package printing portfolio in the market—through innovative plates, equipment and workflow solutions that optimize quality, productivity, and sustainability.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for achieving the overall revenue and profit targets for the region by business
Owns the opportunity pipeline to ensure profitable mid-long-term growth
Defines commercial and business development strategy
Directs the activities of the sales, business development and marketing professionals.
Manages and builds senior relationships with existing customers and identifies and establishes relationships with new customers
Drives distributor performance and owns senior relationships
Oversees market segmentation and differentiation
Initiates & oversees project execution
Represents voice of market and region to the business leadership
Leads the teams, defining resource/capabilities gaps executes hiring plans, focus on people/talent growth across the yearly performance management and employee cycle, and act as a role model for the team.
Key Qualifications:
10+ years' sales, accounts and/or business management experience
Experience in healthcare or flexographic printing strongly desired
Solid sales development and proven experience as an effective team leader and collaborator
Demonstrated strategic thinking
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Experience working with senior levels of business accounts
Strong coordination and communication capability both internally and externally
Demonstrated relationship and connection building capability, especially dealing with senior leaders
Excellent command of English. Strong Mandarin skills are a plus.
