- Conduct the opening and closing procedures of the shop in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed to meet operational requirements.
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing a positive shopping experience and promoting customer loyalty.
- Respond to customer queries with accuracy and efficiency, providing product information and recommendations as necessary.
- Promote sales through effective communication of product features, benefits, and promotions, and encourage customers to make purchases.
- Process cash and card payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to established cash-handling procedures.
- Perform end-of-day cleaning duties, including the organization and stocking of inventory and fixtures, to maintain a clean and organized environment.
On top of that, as a jewelry sales representative within our organization, you are encouraged and incentivized to deliver exceptional service and successfully complete sales. Commission structures and target-based bonuses implemented to attain specific per-hour rate objectives.
Event Location & Schedule: Break: 3pm to 4pm / 4pm to 5pm Duration: 11 am to 9 pm
Plaza Singapura: Flagship Store Orchard Gateway/Paya Lebar Q/Somerset 313/Orchard Central (EVENTS)
Base Rate (Part-time): $9/hr Commission: 2% Bonus: Base rate will be adjusted once the target is met. Staff Benefits: Access to jewelry collections.
