Job DescriptionWe are in search of a forward-thinking leader to lead our Technical Digital Solution Sales team, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform. This position plays a crucial role in defining the sales strategies, leading a team of proficient sales experts, and promoting the adoption of ServiceNow solutions across a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in technical sales within the ServiceNow network, exhibiting exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and client engagement skills.
Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Devise and implement sales strategies to boost revenue growth and market share for ServiceNow solutions.Team Development: Guide, mentor, and expand a team of digital solution sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and constant improvement.High-Impact Sales: Directly interact with key clients, navigating through complex sales processes, and securing significant victories.Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborate with ServiceNow to leverage partnerships for enhancing solution offerings and staying ahead of industry trends.Customer Advocacy: Act as a senior consultant to customers, comprehending their business hurdles, and aligning solutions that provide tangible value.Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, establishing clear objectives and benchmarks to enhance accountability and outcomes.QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience in leading a team of field sales representatives
- At least 5 years of enterprise software sales experience
- Proven ability in establishing C-Level relationships
- Experience in driving a customer-centric approach and fostering teamwork
- Strategic account planning skills; track record of creating and managing detailed account plans
- Past sales involvement in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, or IT Operations Management (within IT or software sales sector)
- Achievement in surpassing quotas while upholding customer loyalty and product margins
- Understanding of the tech industry, particularly cloud platforms, SaaS, PaaS, security, and SaaS contracts
- Willingness to travel as needed
