Digital Transformation Program Manager

Job Description:

Oversees customer engagement to ensure meeting scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. Responsible for business and team management, establishing project management environments based on standards. Collaborates with cross-functional project teams and drives digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies solutions to complex issues, drives large programs in operations, supply chain management, and logistics.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams, owns decision-making, and contributes to digital solutions.
  • Serves as a resource for digital transformation across business units.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field (Engineering, Business, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of business experience with at least 3 years in Supply Chain, IT, or related functions
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or industry consulting
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional projects and working independently

Required Skills:

  • Critical thinking, stakeholder influencing, collaboration skills
  • Experience in requirements understanding, agile product development, process improvements
  • Growth mindset, global team collaboration
  • Operations experience in manufacturing, digital product management, supply chain analytics
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools and languages including advanced excel skills
