RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Country CEO, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategies, policies, and protocols to uphold adherence to pertinent laws, regulations, and industry norms. This involves offering advice on legal and regulatory matters to senior leadership and business sectors. Your expertise will be instrumental in supervising the creation and upkeep of compliance initiatives, which encompasses coordinating training and awareness efforts.

A key aspect of the role entails nurturing relationships with regulatory authorities and ensuring prompt and precise reporting. REQUIREMENTS:

A robust understanding of pertinent laws, regulations, and best practices, particularly in domains like banking, securities, and anti-money laundering, is essential. Furthermore, exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are required, enabling them to navigate intricate legal and regulatory landscapes effectively.

The candidate should exhibit outstanding leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) would be highly advantageous.
