Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 6PM

Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and document user feedback via post-service surveys.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into feedback to comprehend root causes and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Communicate with users professionally and empathetically to address concerns and offer timely resolutions as appropriate.
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Analyze complaint trends and provide insights to management for continuous service and process improvement.
  • Stay updated on company policies and services to provide accurate information to users.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma, ITE, or related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive and dedicated individual with a strong customer orientation.
  • Attention to detail and adept at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Experience in Government IT projects is a plus.
