Our client, a leading solution provider in the fashion industry, are currently looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and result oriented Training Sales & Project Manager to join their admirable team.

The Job:

  • Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales and business development efforts for retail training courses.
  • Besides being instrumental in managing projects, you must play a vital role in collaborating with government institutions and business development activities.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, business acumen, and extensive knowledge of retail training programs and developments.

The Talent:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the Fashion/Beauty retail sector.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing end-to-end projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of retail training programs and industry developments.
  • Ability to work effectively with government institutions and navigate regulatory requirements.
  • Strong team player, business acumen and strategic thinking.
