Duties And Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ability to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
- Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
Qualifications And Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree holders, higher NITEC holders with relevant experience in a customer service, call center, or banking environment
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service-oriented role would be advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable in a high intensity, KPI driven environment
Others:
- 5-day work week with rotating shifts
- 1 weekday and 1 weekend day off per week
- Basic and shift allowance provided
- Working Location: DBS Asia Hub (Changi Biz Park) Nearest MRT: EXPO or DBS Asia Gateway (Toh Guan Road) Nearest MRT: Jurong East
- Contract duration: 12 Months
