Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Ability to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
  • Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.

Qualifications And Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree holders, higher NITEC holders with relevant experience in a customer service, call center, or banking environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service-oriented role would be advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services
  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications
  • Comfortable in a high intensity, KPI driven environment

Others:

  • 5-day work week with rotating shifts
  • 1 weekday and 1 weekend day off per week
  • Basic and shift allowance provided
