To provide technical assistance from Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia (AHSA) for RSAF H225M fleet in the frame of NAZCA ILS Program Technical Support Plan via the deployment of 1x FSR for three (03) years which covers the following scope:

  • Focal point for operators, subsidiaries and service stations for operational and maintenance problems or other Authority inquiries
  • Continuously provides the Authority's with information about changes to the aircraft standard or maintenance measures introduced to optimize helicopter operation
  • Takes part in all defect investigations which are requested, either at the Contractor (hot line during office hours) or at the operator's facilities
  • Qualifies and supports the technical centers and periodically checks the quality of the maintenance tasks performed by them
  • Performs data gathering and analyses of all helicopters in service in order to improve serviceability and reliability
  • Provides customized tooling proposals and advises operators on its use
  • Assist in any technical and logístical problems with regard to aftersales activities
  • Assist in any aircraft modification and / or repair
  • Manage, control, prioritize the tasks for Service Engineering / Field Service during the introduction phase of the aircraft and at later stage upon request and by mutual agreement between Authority and the Contractor

Job Requirement

  • Holder of Part 145 Certifying certificate
  • A holder of a Part 66 license
  • Has a strong and recognized customers culture
