The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Culture and Engagement Associate Manager, to join our Global Culture & Engagement Team at Klook. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a high-performing and joyful working experience across our global workforce.

Partnering closely with our Office Experience, IT, and business partnering teammates, you will drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, and create a work environment where employees:

Feel a sense of belonging and pride at Klook Feel connected to their teammates across the Klookiverse and within their local office Feel empowered and motivated to strive at Klook Feel supported in their personal lives to deliver their best at work

What you'll do:

Develop and execute innovative employee engagement initiatives that further amplify and manifest our mission and PATH beliefs Partner local Office Experience counterparts to coordinate and execute our employee engagement framework and programs that enhance the overall employee experience Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback to measure employee engagement and satisfaction levels on programs run Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance employee engagement Partner within People & Culture team and other departments to ensure alignment of employee engagement initiatives Serve as a point of contact for employee engagement inquiries and provide support to employees and managers Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement to continuously improve our programs

What you'll need:

Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Ability to work with quantitative data and support data-driven decision-making processes Min. 3 years experience in leading employee / office engagement initiatives; regional / cross markets experience preferred. A proactive mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and growth and a passion for developing engaging employee experiences
