Gross salary up to $4000 per month (inclusive of transport and handphone allowances).

As Operations Executive, you shall manage and provide effective leadership to the security operations for the sites under your charge.

You will achieve this through effective management, training and deployment of the officers to ensure compliance to contractual headcount, proficiency of officers, and compliance to security SOPs and procedures.

You shall also manage and be able to respond to security incidents and emergencies 24/7, conduct security risk assessment and maintain excellent relationship with clients.

You report to the Head of Operations. Job Responsibilities

(A) Operational

  • Plan and manage manpower manning and deployment of officers for all sites under your charge. This is done through the monthly / weekly deployment schedule and redeployment of officers between sites to fulfill headcount requirements;
  • Manage officers under your charge including training, appraisals, leave matters, disciplinary actions and adherence to PWM grade;

  • Headcount / Incident / Supervisory Reports and any other reports as required by clients and Senior Management;
  • Supervise all security teams and conduct of site checks to ensure adherence to established SOPs and procedures, and to ensure proficiency of officers in executing assigned tasks;
  • Manage and respond to security incidents and emergencies 24/7; to ensure timely preparation and submission of Incident Reports, take appropriate followup actions and inform client and Senior Management;
  • Prepare, maintain and conduct regular security risk assessment for sites to ensure safe operating environment;
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients through regular visits and other client engagements;
  • Build rapport with officers and ensure welfare of officers are taken care of; and
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Senior Management. Training & Development
  • To track, monitor and arrange the relevant and/or necessary training and development courses / program for all officers under their charge;
  • Ensure new officers receive adequate On-JobTraining prior to actual deployment for the sites under their charge; and
  • Supervise and ensure that all officers meet the minimum clients' expectations. Productivity and Innovation
  • Identify and propose purposeful recommendations to client to improve the relevant Security Operations. Recruitment & Retention
  • To assist in the recruitment of new officer(s) where required; and
  • To monitor, mitigate and minimize the outflow / resignation of officers Job Requirements:
  • Possess strong leadership qualities, good temperament and maturity;
  • Effective communication and instructional skills;
  • Resourceful and selfmotivated with ability to work independently;
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites;
  • Proficient in Microsoft programmes (mínimally in Word, Excel, Powerpoint).; and
  • Wellgroomed and possess a good service mindset.
  • At least a Diploma qualification in any discipline;
  • At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in security or security related field;
  • Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own a car;
  • Must possess valid PLRD license; and
  • Must possess minimum PWM Security Supervisor (SS) grade
