As a Global Operational Insights professional at Procter & Gamble, you will be part of a high-performing team that drives the strategic planning, operational excellence, and project management efforts within the product supply function. In this role, you will lead critical initiatives, provide strategic insights, and drive innovation to deliver best-in-class product supply operations.

Your Team

This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Operational Insights.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Develop and execute the product supply strategy, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and driving operational excellence across all aspects of the supply chain.
  • Lead the analysis of supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives that optimize demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and distribution.
  • Conduct in-depth market assessments, competitive analysis, and industry research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the product supply function and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
  • Drive cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, and drive innovation, collaborating with teams such as Manufacturing, Logistics, and Procurement.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities, optimize supply chain processes, and drive continuous improvement in key performance metrics.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive business cases, financial models, and investment proposals for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive alignment, gain support, and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, reports, and executive summaries to communicate supply chain performance, project updates, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the product supply function, and provide recommendations for adaptation and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, strategic planning, or corporate strategy, preferably in a fast-paced consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and supply chain optimization techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and drive sustainable business growth.
