Role Overview
Join our team as a Senior Technical Analyst in Integral Life Delivery Management today.
- Lead IL requirement gathering, analysis, solution development, testing, and deployment.
- Supervise and review tasks of junior/mid-level developers to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Manage post-production incidents, address user queries, and oversee IL UAT activities.
- Update stakeholders on project activities and drive process improvements.
- Understand system functionalities, analyze technical impacts, and drive enhancements.
- Balance workloads, enhance team skills, and resolve BAU issues within SLAs.
- Develop cost-effective IL solutions, meet personal KPIs, and support Technology goals.
- Invest in personal growth and engage with Business Users and cross-functional teams.
- Require a degree in IT or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in life insurance application development, with 5+ years in Integral Life COBOL system.
- Proficiency in AS400, COBOL, Control Language, and SQL.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a positive attitude.
