_ Your tasks_
We are hiring a Country Manager to be based in our Singapore office. You will report directly to the Group General Manager, based in France.

With the support of an assistant and with a team of around 25 remote freelancers (mainly Auditors) led by the Technical Manager, you will oversee the general administration of our activities in the ASEAN region, and will carry out the following duties:

Business development & Customer service:

  • You handle Customer relationships and Business development in the ASEAN region by answering client requests & complaints, sending quotes, invoices, and check payments.
  • You identify the best business networks (professional, public, or private organisations, etc.) to grow turnover.
  • You update and maintain the company client database.

Operations:

  • You supervise the smooth and efficient execution of our inspection and certification operations in the region, through the technical manager.
  • You monitor the operations and provide reporting to management and alerts when differs from set targets

Administration & Finance:

  • You take full responsibility for the P&L and cash management of the entity
  • With the help of our external accounting firm, you manage the financial budget and reporting for the region.
  • You conduct evaluation and quality checks consistently, propose alternatives to introducing costeffective policies and measures

Human resources:

  • You coordinate and plan staff resources (freelancers)
  • You supervise and guide administrative staff/contractor

_Your profile_

Education:
higher education degree in Business Development/Administration or related fields.

Experience:
you have a first successful experience of 3-5 years in office and/or business management. Experience in budgeting is advantageous

Technical skills:

You are familiar with reporting & budgeting tools as well as cash management.

You have an excellent level of English

Behavioural skills:

You are meticulous and organised, sensitive to details, and ensure high accuracy on reports/expense claims.

Showing excellent interpersonal skills, you are very good at liaising and negotiating with clients and contractors.

You are autonomous and self-motivated.

As a proactive team player, you suggest innovative solutions when facing issues.
