Job Overview:

The Global Security Strategic Business Partnerships (SBP) team builds, scales, and activates company-wide partnerships to facilitate the understanding and adoption of Global Security Products and Services to support the global mission of keeping the company's people, assets, and reputation safe.

As a global team made up of Business Partners and Partner Analysts, SBP proactively engages stakeholders representing each vertical within the social media company to increase their knowledge and adoption of Global Security products and evolve those products based on near and long-term risks to the company.

Our initiatives drive forward looking strategies that enable the long term success of our partners and stakeholders.

How You Will Make An Impact:

Responsibilities:

Analysis & Insights

  • Input data collected by Strategic Business Partners into the Client Management System.
  • Analyze data to assess opportunities and improve alignment of activities to organizational business drivers, goals, and objectives.
  • Synthesizes partner findings into insights to inform organizational business decisions.
  • Align with Business Partner to review uncovered insights and opportunities from partner engagements in order to determine next steps and action items.

Design Business Solutions

  • Develop insightful recommendations that address complex operational and strategic opportunities which assist in reaching organizational goals.
  • Partner with Global Security functions and product owners to outline and identify strategic goals and focus areas connected to measures, assisting in aligning Strategic Business Partners to information/relationships which can assist in the success of those goals/focus areas.
  • Partner with a Strategic Business Partner to deliver strategic recommendations to Global Security leadership.
  • Analyze, visualize and generate reports by designing and implementing solutions that tell the story of our various security products.

Project & Process Management

  • Collaborate with Business Partners and Project Manager to develop new processes and project plans that help evolve how the team operates and generates value for our stakeholders.
  • Coordinate consolidation of metrics, information, project updates into highlevel reports and executive summaries.
  • Write processes and procedures into understandable language, workflows, and instructions.
  • Assist in implementing systems and documentation to capture business operation information.
  • Participate in meetings with APAC Strategic Business Partner and prepare notes/minutes for the meeting.

What You Will Need To Succeed:

Qualifications:

  • 24 years of experience in intelligence analysis, business analysis and/or project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and critical thinking skills, effective interpersonal skills, and strong project management experience.
  • Selfstarter and highly motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Highly attentive to details.
  • Experience gathering and evaluating information from different sources to identify trends and/or predict and mitigate risk.
  • Knowledge of processes & procedures development.
  • Willingness to use inhouse tools and able to learn quickly.
  • Highlyskilled in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Business Management, Marketing or similar fields; 24 years of equivalent practical experience can be substituted for education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management experience or PMP certification
  • Ability to leverage Google Sheets and/or Tableau to create compelling visualizations that tell the story behind the data
