Responsibilities

  • Ensure inventory data accuracy and manage system adjustments efficiently.
  • Check and address stock reconciliation reports promptly.
  • Supervise third-party logistics for smooth operations and on-time deliveries.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers for declarations and inspections.
  • Manage export operations, including documentation and communication with suppliers.
  • Oversee sales preparations, stock takes, cycle counts, and other operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and logistic partners for efficient customer deliveries.
  • Validate operational expenses and oversee stationery and packaging reorders.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and product requirements.
  • Support ATA Carnet, CITES, and FDA applications.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

  • University degree in logistics or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in logistics.
  • Knowledgeable in Export/Import Transportation, Customs Clearance, and Warehouse Management.
