  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis of operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics management, with a proven track record of success in contract logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of logistics professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems, with experience in process mapping and SOP/WI development.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations and practices in warehouse operations.
