  7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of logistics operations, including shipment tracking, inventory management, and delivery timelines. Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients, detailing project milestones, challenges, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 2-3 years in a project management role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and warehousing processes, as well as customs regulations in Singapore.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials are advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Class 4 license with forklift license.
