Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Coordination of civil/structural works for construction
  • To attend meetings with LTA, subcontractors and consultants, etc
  • Attend to site issues, ensuring timely response of RFI, coordinate CO substantiations, material costing and estimation
  • Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve structural design discrepancies and construction issues
  • Coordinate with consultants an liaise with authorities for updates and submissions of project design
  • Manage and resolve production, quality, design & engineering and schedule issues
  • Liaise and coordinate with other stakeholders and consultants on the design and technical issues relating to temporary works

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering or its equivalent
  • At least 5 years' experience in related field is required
  • Experience in MRT/LTA projects is a definite advantage
  • Experience in coordination and design from construction industry is required
  • To be conversant in Eurocode and Singapore Design Standards is essential
  • Independent, self-motivated, proactive with a positive attitude
