This position is assigned to the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Business Operations Department; Fleet Readiness (N92); Singapore Area Coordinator, Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the club interior and exterior, as well as performing light landscaping work and assisting with maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of club interior and exterior
* Performs light landscaping work
* Assists with maintenance duties
* Operates motor vehicles to transport food and supplies
* Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

* Must be able to successfully complete and pass a Local Agency Check (LAC)
* Must be able to work some weekends, late night, long shifts, holidays, and overtime
* Must be physically fit and able to lift and move objects weighing 40 – 50 lbs

Qualifications

* Basic knowledge of trade practices sufficient to complete simple tasks using common skills
* Knowledge and skill sufficient to perform minor maintenance of equipment and appliances
* Familiarity with safe use of common hand and powered tools
* Possession of a valid local Class 3 driver's license
