Responsibilities

  • Support general business operations by providing various administrative support activities to sales and marketing team, and/or not limited to making travel arrangement, coordinate meeting arrangements, arranging logistics.
  • Ensure timely, effective and efficient coordination of all operational and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, quarterly newsletter, reports, agendas and minutes.
  • Setting up client user account and coaching clients on use of Sanrio system.
  • Follow up contract and project status.
  • Filing various documents and upkeeping of records.
  • Preparation of quotation and payment request form.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Management or Businessrelated qualification
  • At least 2 years of working experience in administrative support
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
