About the Job:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Distributor/ Channel Management:

  • Create and lead sales strategy for distributor-led markets
  • Manage distribution partners in various countries and work on improving their sales(Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei)
  • Onboard new channel partners for different regions(Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia)
  • Negotiate contracts with potential partners to reduce risks
  • Analyze market potential for the company's products
  • Support and train existing and new distribution partners

Sales Operations:

  • Provide business analytics support for making strategic decisions
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand sales trends, ordering patterns, and operational metrics
  1. Analyze sales growth for different products and tumor types
  2. Utilize visualization tools like Tableau for developing dashboards
  3. Lead SalesForce usage and transition to Veeva for sales-related activities
  4. Attend industry events to promote the company and build relationships
  5. Develop go-to-market strategy and long-range plan for the commercial organization
  6. Enhance sales representatives' productivity through performance reports
  • Experience/ Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in multiple languages(English, Mandarin, Japanese)
  • Prior experience in multinational healthcare corporations preferred
  • Healthcare sales and account management experience within AMEA
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and analytical tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Masters degree in Business or Science
