Key Responsibilities

Improvements

Responsible to lead cross functional team to identify and implement improvements in Packaging IPT

Responsible to create and instill continuous improvement mindset within Packaging IPT

Drives deliverables to achieve operations metrics and targets.

Serialization

SME in serialization to understand end-to-end serialization and markets requirement.

Lead serialization implementation project for new products or new markets.

Lead and conduct high complex investigation (Quality Notification and Product Quality Complaint)

Participate in and support the implementation of actions for Investigations and Audits

Technically competent problem solver who is able to coach operations team / cross functional teams when needed.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor or Master Degree in relevant Engineering Field

More than 5 years previous manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical or similar industry.

Have a strong drive and leadership skills to get things done.

Ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ability to coach the team through the problem-solving process.

Good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
