  • Installation of partition/ceiling, repainting.
  • Floor finishes carpet, vinyl and timber work.
  • Install and test new products, as well as demonstration to clients on the use and maintenance of installed equipment

Plumbing & sanitary work

  • Repair leakage
  • Replace sanitary parts
  • Perform maintenance and provide customer support
  • Part ordering for repairs as needed
  • Write up reports on completed services

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Management environment
  • Possess at least ITE / NTC certification in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Facility Management
  • Honest and committed individual
  • Able to commit within a short notice
