Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily checks on essential building services and record meter readings for utilities services;
  • Operate Building Systems and record their performance data;
  • Perform general preventive maintenance on Building Systems, including troubleshooting, defects rectifications, and performing repair works as assigned;
  • Attend to In-house/Customers' requests diligently;
  • Attend to Contractors, including providing access, conducting site walkabouts, and assisting in monitoring the performance of appointed contractors;
  • Assist the immediate superior in the day-to-day operations of the Buildings;
  • Good Hands-on/Handyman skills;
  • Be part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT);
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
