Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Services Technician to join our team at SINGLAND MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise contractors performing building maintenance and repair to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and safety regulations
  • Oversee and inspect tenants' fitting-out and reinstatement works
  • Identify and report any non-compliance with building regulations or safety standards
  • Conduct inspections of reinstated units before taking over
  • Prepare vacant units for handover, ensuring they are in good condition
  • Attend to building maintenance and repairs in common areas and tenanted premises
  • Provide technical support to the department in areas including fire evacuation exercises, emergency works, and other building-related works
Requirements
  • Higher Nitec in Facilities Management or Nitec in Built Environment
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role
  • Ability to supervise contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the role, including lifting, climbing, and work at height
  • Require to perform half day of work on alternate Saturdays
