You will be working in the Sea People Team to drive key Employee Engagement initiatives within Sea and its subsidiaries. Sea is the largest tech company in Southeast Asia with exciting opportunities. You will be working closely with senior management in a fast-paced, globalized, and intellectually stimulating environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Developing and managing end-to-end implementation of local and global initiatives that enhance organisational culture and improve employee experienceCollaborating with regional HR teams across Sea and its subsidiaries on the development and implementation of key People related projectsSupporting, maintaining, and improving ongoing employee programmesPreparing internal communications including announcements, newsletters, and other employee messagesSourcing and managing the procurement of event material and merchandiseFacilitating Employee Volunteering initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersProviding support on team events and other ad-hoc duties Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resource Management, or related field from a reputable universityExperience in Employee Engagement or Events Management is a plusDriven, self-motivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to effectively balance multiple simultaneous projects and priorities with tight timelinesStrong creative thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (both written and verbal)Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross border interactions and discussions across stakeholdersInterest or knowledge in People related topics, e.g., employee experience, organisational culture, is a plus
