HR Analytics and Project Management Analyst

What does a successful HR Analytics and Program Management do?
The HR Analytics and Project Management Analyst will be responsible for leading data-driven initiatives within the Human Resources department.

This role involves leveraging data analytics techniques to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic HR decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.

Additionally, the individual will manage various HR programs to drive efficiencies and employee experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from multiple sources such as employee surveys, performance evaluations, people data metrics, and employee demographics.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data to support decisionmaking related to talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Lead and execute HR projects to promotion of employee engagement programs.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate project status updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders through regular meetings, presentations, and reports.

What You Will Need To Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Workday, HR analytics, data analysis, and reporting, with advanced proficiency in various data tools, including Power BI, as well as advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience leading crossfunctional projects within different countries.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
