About the opportunity


This role will be part of our client delivery services team in Singapore, providing payroll Data migration & documentation processing and support to our HR outsourcing clients.

What you'll get to do

In the whole project implementation process, mainly responsible for the following work.

  • This is non technical and is a functional role. No coding knowledge is required
  • Knowledge of Data migration which is part of work and is functional in nature
  • This role is with Payroll Services Team
  • Define project requirements and draft project related documents including business requirement documents, specification, change requests and etc.
  • Responsible for the project Due Diligence, Standardization of Process, Data transition, Reconciliation and process enhancement/development.
  • Responsible for system configuration, effectively communicate with TECH for customized requirements, provide suitable solutions to customers and reach an agreement.
  • Responsible for data migration activities for public service division
  • Responsible for the project management to ensure the fulfillment of project objective which includes executing on the basis of project plan and project management process to ensure the timely and qualified deliverables.
  • Responsible for system SIT, UAT and Prun, recording and tracking the issues found and ensuring that all the issues are solved in time.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with clients.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by department leader.

Skills and experience we value

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimal 2 year of project experience with experience of SG payroll and Excel experience
  • Good verbal and written communication ability in English
  • Strong learning, communication and logical thinking skills are plus.
  • Good stress tolerance and adaptability, working experience in foreign company is preferred.
  • Interested in projects is preferred.
  • Training will be provided initially.
- employees can choose, for which they can take off in liew or request the Manager in charge, to take leave on weekday ). There is no OT for same.

  • Should know about SG Payroll and statutory laws related to payrolling eg CPF contributions/ Mandatory contributions/ community chest etc.
  • Check payroll reports against payroll advice and client's checklist before sending over to client for verification.
  • Provide information for client/employee query(s) within the stipulated timeframe as indicated in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Knowledge of IR21, IR8A, yearend tax reporting, NS Claims and Maternity Claims.
  • Excel skills ( Pivot Table, Vlookup, Hlookup, formulas, etc.)
