  • Compensation and benefits Specialist, monthly payroll processing across different Legal Entities, shift including commission, overtime pay, festive advance pay, adhoc payroll and allowances.
  • Prepare HR analysis reports for senior management, provide meaningful insights of trend and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with Audit for HR related, including but not limited to payroll, CPF, levy, Employment contracts, annual leave provision, etc for group.
  • Prepare various quarterly accrual and provision reports for Finance reporting.
  • Assist in preparation for HR related journal posting with cost center to Finance team.
  • Assist to prepare prepayroll activities (e.g month end data for payroll checking, leave and attendance checking).
  • Ensure timely submission of tax clearance.
  • Manage stakeholders enquiries relating to payroll costs, reports and grants computation.
  • Collaborate with business departments to develop manpower cost budgets
  • Monthly comparison of actual costs and budgets, remind business departments of budget overruns and analyze reasons
  • Employee personal income tax

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Preferably at least 5 years of related experience
  • Previous experience in payroll administration, payroll systems management, or HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) with a focus on payroll systems.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Able to multitask under pressure
  • Experience in IRAS tax filings
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
