The "get fuelled" programme is a two-year, global trainee programme that offers new talents with limited experience of shipping and marine fuels, a tailored training journey focused on personal and professional development, fellowship, experiences, travel, and networking. The programme is designed to bring new talents closer together and provide them with opportunities to grow, develop, and build an exceptional career within the marine fuels industry.

The programme offers:

· On-the-job training where you will develop new accounts and establish strong relations with customers and suppliers.

· Mentoring and support from experienced traders, who will introduce you to the business, relevant platforms, and systems.

· Two-years courses at the Danish Shipping Academy, a highly recognized institution within the industry, and receive a qualification as Bunker Trader.

Your daily responsibilities:

· Worldwide trading

· Counselling on various bunker solutions, fuel products and quality

· Handling and coordinating bunker deliveries

· Identifying new business opportunities

· Guiding customers on new fuels and carbon reduction

About you

At our company, we believe that experience isn't everything - passion and potential are what counts. We're looking for candidates who are tech-savvy users, fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin, have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with the ability to work primarily to the opening of their home office but with the potential of a reallocation in any of our offices worldwide. Beyond these requirements, we're seeking individuals who are eager to learn, innovate, can work independently but also team-players, are quick-thinkers and make a difference.
