As a key player in this role, you will play a crucial part in crafting and executing social media strategies that will enhance our brand's visibility and interaction. Your main tasks will involve utilizing various social platforms to showcase our products and services, curate compelling content, and connect with our desired audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Devise and implement holistic social media strategies to meet marketing objectives and boost brand recognition.
  • Platform Management: Supervise and handle social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, and TikTok, ensuring the delivery of captivating and relevant content.
  • Trend Monitoring: Research and keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and optimal approaches.
  • Performance Analysis: Employ analytics tools to track and assess social media performance, producing valuable reports to guide strategy.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by addressing comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with designers and the wider marketing team to ensure a uniform brand message across all channels.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Strategize and execute focused social media advertising campaigns to efficiently reach and involve our audience.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' movements and sector trends to pinpoint new prospects and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry updates, events, and potentialities to enrich social media content and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in social media marketing, preferably in a similar capacity. Recent graduates with pertinent internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Solid comprehension of social media platforms, their user bases, and optimal methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Inventive mindset with a talent for producing engrossing content.
  • Robust analytical abilities for gauging and interpreting social media metrics.
  • Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively in a dynamic setting.
  • In-the-know about digital marketing trends and social media algorithms.
  • Elementary to advanced proficiency in content creation tools such as CapCut, Final Cut, or Adobe Premiere.
  • Aptitude in filming with basic to moderately professional equipment.
