About The Role

This company is a premier medical group that provides multi-disciplinary healthcare services for both men and women. They have 5 centers in Singapore and 1 in Malaysia. Being the forefront of fertility care, all our centers specialize in a wide spectrum of services, including In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Fertility Treatments, Elective Egg Freezing, Obstetrics & Gynaecology (OBGYN), Urology, Sexology, Andrology Laboratory, Vascular and Interventional procedures, and Reproductive Medicine.

Currently, they are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join their marketing team and contribute to the growth and success of the organization. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to focus on delivering factual, educational, and informative content across various platforms to engage with our target audience and guide them in their fertility and health journey.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute social media marketing strategies to achieve marketing objectives, and increase brand visibility and reach.
  • Design and create engaging and relevant weekly content for all social media platforms including YouTube and LinkedIn which includes video shooting, 2D & 3D graphics, and post designs.
  • Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, and websites to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Performs cross-platform optimization for cohesive customer experience.
  • Identify, engage, and manage suitable influencers for our social media platforms.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze social media data and trends, user engagement, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and improve our social media presence.
  • Create and maintain a library of multimedia assets such as articles, videos and images.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist preferably similar role in the Healthcare industry.
  • However, fresh graduates with a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field from reputable institutions, are encouraged to apply.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using design creation tools, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • A proven track record in the ability to create content tailored to the target audiences, particularly in healthcare would be of an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit understanding and proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and Web Analytics, would be an added advantage.
