Internal Communications Specialist

Singapore PRINGLES INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS SARL SINGAPORE BRANCH Full time

Forming part of our growing snacks portfolio, you will be tasked with designing, developing and delivering all internal HR communications, as well as revamping corporate presentation design packs, town hall decks, and coordinating town halls.

In addition, you will also be responsible for occasional events management and annual offsite communications.


This role will begin on a 6 month contract duration with a potential to be extended or conversion to full time.


HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Revamp corporate presentation design packs to provide tools that enable easy idea creation and presentation.
  • Revamp the TownHall deck to improve flow, design, and aesthetic.
  • Ideate on internal communication needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate town halls, working with the Leadership Team to prepare content, finalize the deck, and navigate slides during the call.
  • Assist with occasional event management, preparing decks and content as required.
  • Develop yearly offsite communication plans, including themes, events, and decks.
