Manager / Assistant Vice President, Investment

We are a family office that works globally and specialises in joint real estate investments from private and institutional investors.
Our mission is to allocate, optimise and manage the assets of our investor community by identifying exceptional investment opportunities and realising value creation potential.
Our Asia Pacific HQ based in Singapore is currently looking for a Singapore-based professional to manage and monitor the performance of the Group's investments in the Asia Pacific region.
Flexibility to travel or be based overseas will be required.- Through extensive research to identify key target markets / sectors for acquisitions and be responsible for new deal origination and sourcing.
- To perform financial analysis / investment underwriting and manage the acquisition process, including aspects such as due diligence, structuring/negotiation, to ensure a seamless successful deal closing.
- To prepare and present investment paper to the Board and investors for formal approval.
- To assist with formulating and implementing asset enhancement/management, financing and divestment strategies, whenever needed.
- To establish effective relationships with and work closely with specialist / professional consultants and business partners in the industry across the markets covered.
- To prepare monthly and bespoke market research and presentations for both internal and investors where required.
- Undertake other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned, including strategic analysis and support for investor relations activities whenever needed.
- Prior work experience in a real estate fund or investment related environment.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate Investment, Business, Economics, Finance or related fields
- At least 710 years of relevant working experience in real estate investment. Experience in Australia, Japan, Singapore and other key investment markets in Asia Pacific will be an advantage
- Proficient in investment concepts and propertyrelated financial modelling
- Demonstrate good report writing capabilities as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player who is able to work independently and efficiently with external parties and consultants
- Analytical, meticulous and conscientious about deadlines / time schedules and be able to multitask
